August 2013: Dinner for H.E. Lyonchhen Tshering Tobgay, the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bhutan at The Oberoi in Gurgaon, India
Mr. Arun Kapur, Chairman of The Thimphu Seminars hosted a dinner on 29 August 2013 to welcome His Excellency Lyonchhen Tshering Tobday, the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bhutan, during his visit to India. This was the Prime Minister’s first visit to the country since being voted into power in July 2013. The Prime Minister was accompanied by his wife, Aum Tashi Doma and took the time to interact with all the guests at the dinner.
